Delivery Info

The majority of our products are delivered using a 3rd party haulier, (generally a pallet delivery network).

Palletised deliveries are made using large vehicles which off-load using a tail lift and manual pallet trolly.

Please take note of the vehicle dimensions below, by default deliveries are made on 18 tonne vehicles, 7.5 tonne lorries can be arranged on request, however please consider that the maximum weight of goods on a 7.5 tonne tail lift is 750kg.

Palletised Deliveries are kerbside only and require a smooth, level and solid surface such as tarmac, paving or concrete (not grass or gravel).
